Beer Here
Copenhagen, Denmark
Brew Master: Christian Skovdal Anderson
Danish brewing legend Christian Skovdal Andersen was the co-founder, brewer and artistic force behind the award-winning microbrewery, Ølfabrikken. He has since sold his half-share, and solely created Beer Here.
Beer Here has taken the brewing world by storm, and after just a few years in operation has made it into the prestigious top 100 brewers in the world (ratebeer.com). Christian lives by the motto “Don't waste your thirst” and brews aggressive styles with innovative approaches and exciting raw materials, defying known style-guidelines.
The beer is brewed in small batches, which allows the brewing to be creative and Beer Here to constantly experiment. We believe that is what brewing is all about!

Baird Beer
Numazu, Japan
Brew Master: Bryan Baird
Baird Beer is, above all, an experience in flavour. It is crafted in small batches with painstaking care, passion and both reverence and irreverence for tradition. The products burst with flavour and character!
The basic formula for the entire line up of hand-crafted Baird Beer is the same: Balance + Complexity = Character.
Baird Brewing Company is a family-run craft brewery and pub business headquartered in Numazu, Japan. Their motto is “Celebrating Beer.” This means the comprehensive enjoyment of beer in a way that enhances the overall experience of life.
Receiving well deserved recognition for their products and passion, Baird Beer recently took home 3 gold medals in the 2010 World Beer Cup, which was the most any brewery in the world achieved!
Nørrebro Bryghus
Brew Master: Anders Kissmeyers
Nørrebro Bryghus is a fairytale about success. Their goal is to give unique experiences in taste while broadening the knowledge of, and desire to, drink exciting hand crafted beer. Put simply, they seek to strengthen and broaden the diverse beer culture.
Nørrebro Bryghus has achieved great success on a global scale. In 2010 they once again made it into the Top 100 Brewers of The World (ratebeer.com) and collected two gold medals in the World Beer Cup, adding to their tally of numerous medals and awards won in previous years and other competitions.
Importantly, Nørrebro Bryghus is an environmentally conscious and innovative company. Among other measures, their brewery & restaurant has been credited carbon neutral, with the future goal to convert their entire range to organic. Carbon neutrality of the Nørrebro Bryghus beers covers not only the brewing process, but is based on a ‘cradle to grave’ CO2 emission compensation. For its efforts in relation to the global warming agenda, Nørrebro Bryghus was nominated for the Danish Climate Cup 2009 award.
